Unfortunately at this time our online ordering system is down. We have a city counter at the back of facility to pick up product during our business hours, you DO NOT need to place an order ahead of time.
We recommend purchasing five pounds more than you are needing for every 24 hours of shipment to compensate for the sublimation rate.
