2. Order & Quote Requests

Submitting our shop order form or business quote form sends us a request only — it is not a binding order, contract, or payment authorization. All pricing, availability, delivery timing, and contract terms are confirmed directly between you and our team by phone or email before anything ships or any payment is taken. Standard products carry a 5 lb minimum and are produced fresh to order.

3. Product Safety

Dry ice is a hazardous material that requires careful handling, storage, and ventilation — see our Safety guidance for full details. You're responsible for handling, storing, and using any dry ice you receive from us safely and in line with that guidance. CMC Dry Ice is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper handling, storage, or use after delivery or pickup.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is." CMC Industrial Services LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
